You can add or change the video in your carsales ad at any time by editing your ad on the carsales website or in the carsales app.
Upload a video on the website
Sellers can upload a maximum of one video per ad
Under the account drop down select Manage your ad or draft
Find the ad you want to update and select Manage ad.
Select Edit ad, then scroll to the photos section.
Select the video icon.
Choose the video you want to upload from your computer.
Select Save changes at the top of the screen.
Upload a video in the carsales app
Sellers can upload a maximum of one video per ad.
Select the sell tab and sign in to your carsales account if you haven’t already.
Select Manage ad.
Select the ad you want to update by tapping Edit.
Go to photos section.
Select the video icon.
Choose a video from your phone or record a new one.
Select Save.
Remove a video in the carsales app
To remove a video, select the rubbish bin icon below the video, then select Next to save your changes.
When will my video appear?
Changes can take up to two business hours to appear on your live ad. New and recently edited ads are reviewed by our Customer Service team before they’re published.

Why can’t I find my ad?
If you can't find your ad in your account, you may be signed in to a different carsales account.
