How is a dealer’s rating calculated?
Customers may review a dealer after buying a car, making an enquiry or having another interaction with the dealership.
carsales’ review partner, Podium Corporation, Inc., combines ratings from platforms such as Google, Facebook and ProductReview. The aggregated average rating is then displayed on the dealer’s listings on carsales.
Why can’t I see a rating for a dealer?
Not every dealer displays a rating. Ratings are only shown for dealers connected to the review service.
