Check for offers from the buyer by going to:
In app > Account > Pay through carsales > You can see all your offers here
On desktop > Account > Manage your ad or draft > click into your ad by clicking Manage ad > Get paid tab
We’ll send you an email and a push notification when you receive an offer.
You can accept, decline, message the buyer to negotiate further, and counter-offer.
To chat about the offer with the buyer, you can always call or message in the carsales app.
Please note: If you don’t accept the offer within 14 days, it will no longer be valid. After the offer is accepted, the buyer has to release the funds within 21 days or the offer is no longer valid.
