Why are my bank details not eligibile for fast payments?

To help you get paid quickly we only link bank accounts that are eligible for fast payments on Australia’s New Payments Platform (NPP).

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been unable to link your account. In some cases, your bank might need to enable NPP for your specific account. Try checking in with your bank, or try linking a different bank account.
