If you’ve already received a deposit outside of carsales (via cash or direct bank transfer), the buyer can add that information to the offer through carsales. We’ll then subtract that amount from the remaining balance automatically.
If the offer is cancelled, you'll need to discuss refunding the deposit to the buyer. As it was paid outside of carsales, we are unable to refund it.
