Important:
If you're transferring in person at a bank, ask them not to use Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS). RTGS transfers aren’t supported and will be rejected. Make sure they use a standard transfer method instead.
Transfers may take longer if:
Your bank has daily transfer limits
You transfer on a weekend or public holiday
Your bank delays the payment for security checks
If it’s been more than 1 business day and the funds haven’t arrived, contact your bank to check the status.
