If you’ve already paid the seller a deposit outside of carsales (e.g. via cash or direct bank transfer), you can enter that amount in the deposit field when setting up your payment. We’ll automatically subtract it from the remaining balance.
If you’ve paid a deposit outside of carsales payments, it is up to you and the seller to determine whether the deposit is refundable.
As it was paid outside of carsales, we are unable to refund it.
