1. What is the carsales fuel offer?
A 6 cent per litre fuel discount* is offered exclusively to carsales members when filling up at participating bp sites.
2. To activate your fuel offer, follow the steps:

Open the carsales app – Sign up or log in, tap ‘Account’ and go to ‘My benefits’ then enter your car’s details (only required if your car hasn’t already been added to your carsales account)

Activate your barcode – Follow the prompts to complete the BP Rewards Unlocked registration form

Enjoy fuel savings – Present your BP Rewards Unlocked barcode at participating bp sites to save 6c per litre every time you fill up*
3. How do I redeem my fuel offer?
To redeem your fuel offer, visit a participating BP Rewards Unlocked site and;

Fill up your vehicle with fuel

Enter the bp site, scan the BP Rewards Unlocked barcode via the carsales app on your smartphone or tablet before making payment

Accept the discount on the pinpad before paying with cash or card
4. How do I find a participating bp site to redeem my fuel offer?
The carsales fuel offer is available at all BP Rewards Unlocked fuel offer sites, use the store locator to find your closest participating bp site.
5. What fuel types is the fuel offer available on?
The fuel offer is available across all key fuel types including e10, 91, 95, 98, Ultimate 98, Diesel and Ultimate Diesel.
6. Can this fuel offer be stacked with other fuel discounts or offers?
This fuel offer cannot be stacked with any other fuel offers. If you present any other bp fuel discount offer for redemption from any other party, only the highest cents per litre fuel discount will be redeemable.
7. I forgot to claim the fuel offer, can I claim it later?
Unfortunately, bp are unable to apply the carsales fuel offer discount retrospectively. Please ensure you open your carsales app and scan your BP Rewards Unlocked barcode before you pay.
8. What are the Terms & Conditions of the fuel offer?
This offer only applies to the first 120 litres of fuel purchased by you each day and a maximum of 3 fuel transactions per week.
No fuel discounts will apply if you purchase more than 120 litres of fuel in the one transaction. For example, if 125 litres of fuel is purchased in one transaction, the fuel offer will only apply to 120 litres of fuel. 9. I made an eligible transaction but didn’t receive my discount, what happens now?
If you made an eligible transaction but there was a technical issue or another outage and you’re unable to receive your discount at the time of purchase, bp will instead provide you with BP Points at a rate of 1 Point per cent of discount you would have received if the fuel offer was able to be claimed at the time of the transaction.
10. How can I check how much I saved with my carsales fuel offer?
Your total savings will be visible on your receipt each time you fill up or log into the BP Rewards website to view your transaction history.
11. What points can I earn?
As a carsales member, and once you’ve completed the BP Rewards Unlocked registration form and activated your barcode in the carsales app, you will have access to the full benefits of the BP Rewards loyalty program, which includes earning and redeeming Qantas Points or BP Points, you can earn:

2 points per 1 litre on Ultimate Unleaded

1 point per 1 litre on all other fuel

1 point per $1 spend on shop (eligible items)
12. What am I seeing ‘Pending barcode’?
This means that your BP Rewards Unlocked account creation is in progress and to check back later – if it’s been more than a day and still showing ‘Pending barcode’ in the carsales app, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will investigate further.
13. I am already a BP Rewards member; how do I ensure I get my BP Rewards Unlocked discounts?
Existing BP Rewards members can access the carsales fuel offer. During registration via the carsales app, if you enter the same mobile phone and email as what is currently associated with your BP Rewards account, your existing account will automatically be linked.
