Internet Browser Troubleshooting

If you're having issues accessing our site, there are a few things you can do that might solve the problem:

1. Check your internet connection and that your software is up to date - it sounds simple, but sometimes these things happen! Check that your machine has a reliable internet connection and that your programs and operating systems are up to date (this process does differ depending on the machine you're using)

2. Clear your cookies and cache - this can be done under 'Settings' > 'Browsing History' or 'Privacy'. Where this setting lives depends on which browser you're using. Once you've done this close and re-open your browser.

3. Restart your browser - if you didn't do this in the step above, do this by closing/quitting the browser and reopening it. You may wish to restart your machine if you're having connectivity issues.

4. Try a different browser - try opening the site in a different browser. For example, if you're having trouble with the site on Internet Explorer, try using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari (if you're on a Mac). These may need to be downloaded. Note: our site works best on Google Chrome.

If you're still having issues and require further assistance, please get in touch with us by submitting a request. Be sure to let us know that you've tried the steps above so we don't accidentally ask again!
