I've logged in, but I can't see my ad in my account

Can’t see your ad or messages after logging in to your carsales account?

You may have logged into the wrong account.

 

Try this:

1. Log out of the account you’re in.

2. Click log in and choose “Continue with email”.

3. Enter the correct email address and password.

 

How do I know which email is linked to my account?

· Log in and go to your Profile (located in the main menu).

· Here you will see the email address that you’re currently logged in with.

· Check if this is the correct email for your account by going to look for the confirmation email you received when your ad was approved.

· The email address that your confirmation email was sent to is the one linked to your ad.

· Use this email address to log in.
