I've logged in but I can't see my ads?

If you’ve signed in to your carsales account and can't see your ads or messages, you may be signed in to a different account.

Please try the following steps:

  • Sign out of the account you are currently in (the location of the 'sign out' button does vary between devices)
  • Sign in, ensuring that you select the 'Continue with email' option when prompted followed by your email address and password.

How do I know which email address my advert is under?
Check for any email confirmations you received when the ad was approved and the email address it was sent to. This is the email address you should be signing in with.  


Following the steps mentioned above will usually fix the issue and ensure that you're signed into the correct account.

If you still cannot see your ad, you've most likely advertised the vehicle under a different email address. Try to think of any other email addresses you may have and try those.
