How long does it take to approve my ad?

All new ads as well as any edits to existing ads on carsales are reviewed and approved by our customer service team. We attempt to approve all new ads and edits within 2 business hours of them being submitted. 

If you have placed an ad onsite outside of business hours, your ad will be approved the next business day. If for any reason your ad has not been approved, our Customer Service Team will be in touch with you to discuss why. 

Our Business hours are:

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm AEST

Saturday – Sunday: 9am to 5:30pm AEST

*Please add one business day request is submitted on a public holiday
