If you can't find your ad online and your ad is in a 'custom' status, then it is because you couldn't find your correct vehicle details using the drop down lists when you created the ad.
You would of clicked on the ‘Still can’t find your car? Click here’ link and entered the correct details manually.
The details you submitted are sent to our RedBook data team for verification and only once confirmed from the manufacturer are added to our system. This can take between 1-4 business days, after which we’ll approve your ad.
In the mean time, your ad won't appear online. We'll send you a confirmation email once your ad has been approved.
