carsales ads are listed until the car is sold, but you need to confirm regularly that your car is still available.
You can extend an active ad by visiting the Manage your ad or draft page at least once a month. If your ad is offline, you may be able to reactivate it by selecting Resume ad.
How do I extend my ad?
Go to Manage your ad or draft.
Find the ad and select Manage ad.
Visiting the Manage your ad or draft page at least once a month will automatically extend your ad.
How do I reactivate my ad?
Go to Manage your ad or draft.
Find the ad and select Manage ad.
Select Resume ad in the top-right corner.
Resume ad may be hidden in the More options menu depending on the ad status.
If your expired or cancelled ad has been offline for more than six months, contact our Customer Care team for help reactivating it.
Why can’t I find my ad?
If you can't find your ad in your account, you may be signed in to a different carsales account.
