How can I change the email on my account?

You can change your carsales account details including the email, name or phone number connected to the account anytime. 

To change your details on desktop 

1. Sign into your carsales account. 
2. Hover the mouse over your name in the top right corner and select Profile from the drop down menu. 
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the edit button next to your email address.
   
   
4. You'll need to confirm your password before entering the new email address.
   
   
5. If the email address is not available, this means you may already have an existing account under that email address. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team on 13 72 53. 
   
   
   

To change your details via the carsales App 

1. Go to the carsales App and select the Account tab located at the bottom of your screen. 
2. Sign into your carsales account (if you haven’t already). 
3. Tap Edit Profile located at the top of your screen. and tap on your email address 
   
   
   
   
4. You'll then be asked to confirm your password before entering a new email address.
