We’ve invested in sophisticated fraud technology that reviews all private ads and enquiries before publication or release. This technology enables us to automatically block transactions from known fraudulent devices and is monitored closely by our Trust & Safety team. We’ve also developed an SMS verification tool to help validate enquiries and protect the details of our sellers – if a prospective buyer does not pass the verification process, they will be blocked from placing an enquiry.

We also have our safety tips which offer important advice on how to protect yourself online, whether you’re a buyer or a seller.
